Gator of the Week - Celebrating student character and leadership! Gator of the week is Kris! Kris swept up a mess so his classmates would have a clean place to sit. Kris is also known for having the strongest Croc game in the school 😀. Congratulations Kris! #kindlehearts

Students in Financial Management are beginning to learn Entrepreneurial Design. This program began through some great partnerships with Medicine Hat College. Trevor Moore was in yesterday on his first of 6 Entrepreneurial lessons for our students! #igniteminds

Julius did a great job performing outside of his comfort zone in the Grade 11 play owning his role. He also was a leader in basketball this year! Great job Julius! #kindlehearts

Youth in Philanthropy Pancake breakfast going on this morning until 9am. $2 per plate, $5 per family - all proceeds going to Burdett Days children activities!

If you saw a helicopter fly into SGS today - do not worry it was Mr. Dale Thacker bringing his helicopter in for our Grade 6 flight unit. Mr. Thacker explained the different parts of the helicopter, how lift is created, and applicability of helicopter flight in rural Alberta! Great learning experience for our students! #igniteminds
